| The Design Process ; |
| We will work with you to create the perfect custom banner for your special event or occasion. You can submit your finished vector artwork or work with our on staff designer to create that perfect message. As with all of our products you will receive a proof via email for your approval. Once you have had a chance to approve your final artwork then and only then will we start work on your project. |
| Turn Around Time ; |
Normal turn around time for the artwork is 24 hours and then normal production time is 5-7 business days and of course we have no control once our item has left our door. Rush service is available at no extra cost provided our schedule allows. Next day shipping and all other rush services are available at actual shipping cost. We never try to make money on shipping...it is expensive enough you don't need to worry about paying extra when you need something in a hurry.
